To heat, place in the microwave for approx 2 minutes. Heat in 30 sec bursts to avoid overheating.
CAUTION: Wheat is flammable when heated for too long. Microwave in 20-30 second burst and do not heat unattended.
Do not overheat and always place a mug of water in the microwave to avoid wheat drying out or burning.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the wheat heat bag from packaging.
- Lay the wheat heat bag flat in the centre of microwave turntable.
- Product will be hot after heating, take care whilst handling.
- Check the temperature is comfortable before use and avoid direct contact with skin.
- Allow the wheat heat bag to cool before reheating.
- Leave the wheat heat bag to cool on a non combustible surface.
- Replace annually.
COLD
Place the Wheat Bag in an airtight bag and place in the freezer for at least 30min or until cold.
